Second man charged with murder

POLICE investigating the fatal stabbing of a Birmingham man in January have charged a second man with his murder.

Shanwaz Ali, 23, who suffered from muscular dystrophy, was attacked in Sparkhill after celebrating his brother's 19th birthday.

A 26-year-old, from Washwood Heath, has been charged with murder and is due before Birmingham magistrates tomorrow.
