Police hunt for knifeman

POLICE in Sutton Coldfield are hunting a man who threatened a 14-year-old papergirl with a knife.

The girl managed to grab the knife and flee to safety from Rockingham Gardens,

off Anchorage Road, in Sutton Coldfield at 6.30am on Monday.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Hunt, from Sutton Coldfield police station appealed for anyone with information to call 0845 113 5000.
