A PENSIONER was fighting for her life today after she was hit by a bus in Birmingham city centre.
The woman, in her 70s, was knocked over in Moor Street, near the giant Selfridges store, at around 9.50am.
She was rushed by ambulance to City Hospital with serious multiple injuries.
The road was closed and police were carrying out accident investigations.
