Three charged over armed robberies
THREE men have been charged in connection with a string of armed robberies in south Birmingham and north Worcestershire.
An 18-year-old man from Bromsgrove appeared before Kidderminster magistrates charged with 11 robberies at convenience stores and newsagents.
Meanwhile, a 40-year-old Bromsgrove man was before Redditch magistrates charged with one offence of robbery.
A 36-year-old Bromsgrove man appeared before Redditch magistrates on Tuesday, also charged with 11 robberies.
All three also face associated firearms offences, police said.
