Three deny teenager's bus stop murder

THREE Birmingham people have denied murdering a teenage boy found stabbed at a bus stop.

Odwayne Barnes, 16, died in hospital after he was stabbed in a daytime attack outside a college in Birmingham city centre on March 7.

Nathaniel Darby, 20, of Wyrley Way, Erdington, Damien Belle, 18, of Heathway, Shard End, and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to his murder.

The defendants, who were remanded in custody at Birmingham Crown Court, will stand trial on September 3.
