Woman hurt as car overturns

TWO women escaped serious injury when their car overturned several times in a country lane near Solihull.

Paramedics were called to Lavender Hall Lane, near the village of Berkswell, at 10.20am yesterday.

The women managed to crawl free from the wreckage before ambulance crews arrived. One of the women, who was in her twenties, suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
