Woman dies in M6 crash
A WOMAN died after her car careered off a Midland motorway and crashed into a field.
An off-duty paramedic raised the alarm after witnessing the incident on the southbound carriageway of the M6, between Junctions 1 and 2 near Rugby, in Warwickshire at around 12.45pm yesterday.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "A female, thought to be in her late teens, was confirmed dead at the scene."
He said nobody else was injured in the incident and the woman has not yet been named.
