Pervert cyclist flashed at girl
POLICE are appealing for information after a pervert flashed a young girl.
The offender was riding a bike near Brownhills Common, off Chester Road North, Brownhills, when he stopped to expose himself to an 11-year-old girl.
He made his escape towards the High Street at around 7.30pm on July 13.
The man is described as Asian, aged between 25-35, around 5ft 10ins tall and of slim build. He had black, shaved hair, receding at the sides, and was clean-shaven. He was wearing an orange/yellow jacket and riding a dark blue bicycle with white writing on the frame.
