City lead in missing woman hunt

A WOMAN missing from her Midland home for more than a week may be in Birmingham, police said.

Emma Wilson, aged 25, from Stourport, Worcestershire, was reported missing on August 12.

Sgt Bjorn Havinga, of Kidderminster Police, said: "She is considered vulnerable and there is concern for her welfare. We believe she may be in the Birmingham area."

Ms Wilson is white, 5ft 6ins, slight, with a pale complexion and blue eyes.

She normally has straight shoulder length dark brown hair but she may have shaved her head or cut her hair.

She was last seen wearing a cream and yellow striped top and blue jeans and carrying a red and cream satchel-style bag.
