Incredible prize for poems and stories

WE'D like to hear what you and your friends think about bullying. Send us your poems and short stories relating to bullying and we will post them online, plus you could also win yourself and your class a fantastic prize.

The lucky winner of our Birmingham Mail Speak Out Stop Bullying competition will take their class and teachers (a maximum of 35 ) on a trip to the schools showing of Disney On Ice presents a Disneyland[f6da] Adventure featuring Disney/Pixar's The Incredibles at the NIA on Wednesday November 7 at 1.45pm.

Plus they'll be able to meet and greet Mr and Mrs Incredible themselves!
