Jose - it was a right carve up! - WITH VIDEO FOOTAGE

A MADCAP Birmingham football supporter has paid a unique tribute to Jose Mourinho.

Fanatical Chelsea fan and chef David Loh has made a water melon carving to pay homage to the former Premiership manager.

In the melon he has intricately carved: "Jose Mourinho Best Manager".

Mr Loh, aged 48, from Ladywood, said it only took him half an hour to complete his work of art.

As well as his chef work, Mr Loh also has his own business Unique Art Zone specialising in fruit and vegetable carving.

"I carve melons, marrows and pumpkins and also do animated fruit to encourage children to eat more healthily," he said.

" When I heard Jose had gone I was devastated and wanted to do something to show my respect for him.

"I'd like to present Jose with my melon but he's a very difficult man to get hold of at the moment."
