Man dies in footbridge plunge

A MAN has died after plunging from a footbridge over the A448 in Redditch.

West Mercia Police said man, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident on the Bromsgrove Highway.

His death is being treated as unexplained and any witnesses who have not spoken to officers are asked to contact police in Redditch.
