Motorway closed after pile-up
PART of the M5 motorway had to be closed after seven vehicles collided in pouring rain near Droitwich.
Three ambulances, two rapid response cars and a doctor rushed to help victims of the pile-up at Junction 5 on the southbound carriageway.
One person suffered minor head injuries and was taken to hospital, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
