Hospital site is sold off for housing
THE former Guest Hospital in Dudley has been sold off with the site set to be transformed by a housing development.
The Dudley Group of Hospitals has agreed the sale of the hospital, which closed to patients in September as the final stage of the Trust's new hospital project.
The Trust has sold the land and the old Guest Hospital buildings to English Partnerships, which is liaising with Dudley Council on the feasibility of a housing-led scheme.
