Body found in Walsall
POLICE launched an investigation today after a man's body was discovered.
Roads were sealed off after the find was made in Walsall at 5.50am.
The body was discovered in the road on Broadway West, near to the junction with West Bromwich Road.
The man, who is believed to be in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Broadway West was immediately closed between Bescot Retail Park and West Bromwich Road as police began their inquiries.
Police inquiries are underway to determine the circumstances of the man’s death and police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with information, to contact Walsall police station on 0845 113 5000.
