Tuck in to dishes of the stars

VISITORS to this summer's Taste of Birmingham food festival will get the chance to sample dishes from one of the rising stars of the Midland culinary scene.

Ludlow's La Becasse, tipped to get a Michelin star in next year's guide, has confirmed it will take part in the event at Cannon Hill, Park, Edgbaston.

It will be among 16 restaurants that will set up kitchens at the park, offering those attending the opportunity to sample dishes.

The third Taste of Birmingham festival, supported by the Birmingham Mail, will be held at Cannon Hill from July 10-13.

More than 20,000 foodies are expected to attend.
