Wolverhampton bar to stay open
A Midland bar which police say attracts rival gangs has been allowed to continue trading by council chiefs.
But bosses at Moscow Bar in Darlington Street, Wolverhampton city centre, will have to stick to a strict list of 13 conditions.
Revellers will now be searched by door staff using metal detectors and served drinks in plastic cups. Staff will have to keep an incident book logging any trouble.
