Masked gang in Wythall pub robbery

DETECTIVES are hunting a masked gang who stole cash and a car from a pub during a late night robbery.

Three men burst in to the White Swan, on Alcester Road, in Wythall, at 12.30am on Monday, and forced staff to open a safe before escaping with money.

As the men fled, they took the keys to a grey Jeep Cherokee.

Insp Clive Eastwood said: “We are appealing for anybody who saw anything suspicious or has information about the vehicle, registered S303 XRJ.”
