One El of a show with Zippo's Circus in Birmingham
OLE! When it comes to clowning around, Zippo’s Circus performers are in a league of their own and they are doing it in style in Birmingham – Spanish style.
Audiences visiting the big top in Calthorpe Park will be grabbing their maracas and clattering castanets as this year’s show takes on a distinctively Spanish beat.
The all-star line up includes fantástico Yvo and his mischievous dog Pedro and the ‘Flaming Fandangos’ Nichols family of clowns, jugglers, and wire-walkers.
Visitors will also be enthralled by ‘Tapas’ Tom Roberts and his majestic Palomino horses, six-year-old Señorita Kristina and her tiny Falabella Spanish ponies and Pepino the clown.
Ringmaster Extraordinaire Señor Norman Barrett and his troop will be performing two shows a day under the big top at Calthorpe Park, Pershore Road, Edgbaston, until Tuesday (Sep 23).
