Inquest adjourned into West Midlands man's lake death

AN inquest has been opened into the death of a West Midlands man whose body was found in a lake in mid Wales.

The body of Nicholas Rock was found last Monday following a two-day search of Lake Vyrnwy, near Llanfyllin, Powys.

Emergency services and an RAF search and rescue helicopter scoured the area after receiving reports of a man seen jumping into a lake.

Results of a post mortem examination failed to establish how the 29-year-old died and the inquest into his death has been adjourned to a date yet to be fixed.
