Birmingham pair face manslaughter charge over death of four year old
A 22-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man were charged with manslaughter by gross neglect today following the death of a four-year-old.
The pair, from Tyseley, Birmingham, were charged in connection with the child’s death in April.
They are also accused of three counts of wilful child neglect relating to an incident involving three children under the age of four in February, West Midlands Police said.
The two will appear at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
