Firefighters tackle fire at Tyseley factory
THIRTY firefighters tackled a blaze at a Birmingham factory today.
Crews from Hay Mills, Highgate, Billesley and Ladywood were called to the metal treatment plant in Roma Road, Tyseley, shortly before 1am.
Fire chiefs said an investigation had been launched to establish the cause of the fire, which involved an oil tank inside the premises.
Crews were still at the scene at 7.30am this morning dampening down the area.
No-one was hurt.
