Teenager killed in Chelmsley Wood crash
His identity had not yet been revealed by West Midlands Police and officers were today investigating the exact cause of the accident.
“The car had suffered very significant damage,” said the ambulance service spokesman.
“Ambulance crews worked with firefighters to free the two occupants of the car.
“Sadly one was confirmed dead at the scene.
“The other had suffered multiple injuries and was described as critical on arrival at hospital.”
Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash.
