Appeal for witnesses after man killed on Midland motorway

POLICE today renewed their appeals for witnesses after a man was killed on a Midland motorway.
Motorist Sarabjit Singh, aged 35, from the Hill Top area West Bromwich, died when his car was involved in a four vehicle pile up on the southbound junction between the M5 and the M42, around 6.30am, on Saturday.
Fire crews were rescuing people from three cars when a fourth car smashed into the fire engine and ploughed into the central reservation.
The vehicles involved included a blue Peugeot 207, yellow Fiat Punto, green BMW 323i, a fire engine and a blue Vauxhall Vectra.
