Man hurt in Rugeley house fire

FIREFIGHTERS treated a man who was suffering breathing problems following a house fire in Rugeley.

Fire broke out at a house on Hednesford Road, in the early hours of today, but it was extinguished by the time the crew from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue arrived.

The man was given oxygen therapy at the scene by firefighters.
