A 19-YEAR-OLD man is in a serious condition in hospital after a fight took place outside a Brierley Hill nightclub.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened outside the Indulgence club, formerly known as The Shed, in Meeting Lane at 2.35am yesterday.

A disorder occurred between a number of people outside the club, a West Midlands Police spokesman said.

The man received injuries to his head and was taken to hospital.

Today he remained in a serious condition.

A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody, helping police with inquiries.
