Man killed on M6
A MAN died after he was in collision with a car while walking on a Midland motorway.
It happened on the northbound carriageway of the M6 near to Junction 9 at Wednesbury last night.
Paramedics were alerted at about 10.20pm to reports that a pedestrian had been hit by a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man has not yet been identified.
Motorway police are investigating the incident and have appealed for witnesses.
