New bus service between Birmingham and Solihull

COMMUTERS in Birmingham will have the benefit of a new bus service along one of the city’s busiest routes from today.
AM PM Travel run 12 buses along the Number 6 service between Birmingham and Solihull.
Solihull-born managing director Mel Kang said: “We are delighted to be up and running and determined to provide people with a quality and reliable bus service. We believe our competitive fares, quality vehicles and friendly staff will help us to secure loyal customers.”
The service runs from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, with a discounted rate of 60p. The maximum adult fare will be £1.50 and all Network Bus Centro cards are accepted.
The buses run from Birmingham – Hall Green – Shirley – Blossomfield – Solihull Station via Birmingham Markets, Sparkbrook, Sparkhill and Stratford Road.
