Man, 82, named as victim of Tipton road accident

A PEDESTRIAN who died after being hit by a cement lorry in Tipton this week was today named by police as 82-year-old local man Donald Moss.

A doctor, who was passing, treated Mr Moss near the junction of Dudley Port and Sedgley Road East, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident happened on Tuesday just after 8.15am.
