MOVE over Alexandra Burke and step aside George Sampson, it’s time for talented pets of Birmingham to shine.

Britain’s first show of it’s kind celebrating all creatures great and small, is coming to the city’s NEC in May.

The three-day Ultimate Pet Show will feature a talent show allowing birds with impeccable voices or a cats with a penchant for purr-fect paintings to show off their skills.

Here at the Birmingham Mail, we believe our region is home to many exceptional furry or feathered talents and we are offering readers a chance to show off what their pets can do.

A possible contender for a prize-wining performer could be African Grey parrot, Charlie, who the Birmingham Mail met last November.
