Solihull College student Luke Hancox is another fan of The Apprentice. The 18-year-old from Kings Heath, who is hoping to become a police officer, said: “It is quite interesting seeing how people’s teamwork skills develop.
“Good leadership should start with co-operation, knowing what needs to be done.”
In contrast, youth worker Scott Pash, 32, from Stirchley, said he couldn’t stand the show.
But he added: “What makes good leadership is good man management and looking to see the potential in people.”
