Man denies Galaxy FM burglary charge
A man today denied burglary and damaging property at a local radio station.
Lee Phillips, 22, is alleged to have burgled Birmingham's Galaxy FM with intent to do unlawful damage, after entering the building as a trespasser on November 17 last year.
He also faces a separate charge of damaging a window, furniture and electrical equipment at the radio station, based in Broad Street in the city centre.
Phillips, of Washington Court, Washington Street, Birmingham, pleaded not guilty to both charges at Birmingham Crown Court today and was remanded in custody to appear there for trial on June 4.
