Sport fits the bill for Birmingham volunteers

SPORTY volunteers will continue to help others get fit after they received a cash boost.

Sport4Life volunteers, has been given £930 from O2’s It’s Your Community Programme to create their own resource centre in Ladywood.

James Forrest, one of the co-founders of Sport4Life, said: “We have brilliant volunteers, together we are all trying to help the community in and around Ladywood.

“Sport is the way we do this, it brings people together.”
