Two derelict factories in Aston are set alight

TWO derelict factories were set alight in suspected arson attacks.

Firefighters were called to tackle the separate incidents in a deserted industrial estate in Priory Road, Aston, at 8pm yesterday, after smoke was seen coming from the first floor of the derelict Concentric building.

The second fire was at a nearby building and was also believed to have been started on the first floor.
