Family of four hurt in M40 crash

A FAMILY of four were injured when their car collided with another vehicle on the northbound M40 in Warwickshire.

A mother and her six-year-old son both suffered back and abdominal injuries and were transferred to Warwick Hospital.

Her husband sustained a minor shoulder injury and their young daughter suffered a minor foot injury.

The accident happened between junctions 12 and 13 at about 11.15pm yesterday. No one in the other vehicle was hurt.
