Motor scooter driver injured in Halesowen crash

A MOTOR SCOOTER driver was taken to hospital with suspected neck injuries after colliding with a car in Halesowen.

The incident happened at 8pm on Sunday in Andrew Road.

A West Midlands Fire Service spokeswoman said crews from Oldbury and Cradley Heath stations went to the scene.

She said: “One motor scooter was in collision with a private motor vehicle.

“The scooter driver has been removed from the scene by paramedics with suspected neck injuries,” she added.

“Both vehicles have been made safe and we are helping the police with the clean-up operation.”
