Frank Skinner fan pays £1,000 for hair clippings
A FRANK Skinner fan has shelled out £1,000 for his hair clippings.
Skinner, who presents a show on Absolute Radio, was spotted by colleague Jo Russell having his hair cut in the studio.
She decided to scoop up the clippings and flog them as “celebrity memorabilia” for charity on eBay.
The station said the winning bidder was from the Channel Islands and the money raised would go to Childline.
Skinner, pictured, wrote a note with the hair, saying: “I can’t believe you bought my hair. Brilliant.
“It would be a fun time-killer to separate the grey from the brown.
“A bit like doing a jigsaw.”
