Woman, 88, dies in hospital after car accident in Solihull

AN ELDERLY woman has died following a collision with a car in Solihull.

The 88-year-old woman was taken from the scene at 9.25am yesterday in Cranmore Boulevard to Selly Oak Hospital by air ambulance but was confirmed dead at the hospital.
