ISN’T she a sweetie...

Meet Miss Birmingham Charlotte Mogg, an 18-year-old beauty therapy student, who is one of a handful of hopefuls competing tonight to be crowned Miss England.

Charlotte, from Kings Norton, pipped 19 other girls to victory at a pageant in the Oceana club in June.

For one of the rounds, Miss Eco, the Birmingham beauty will be dressed in a dress made up of left-over chocolate wrappers.

The ballgown-styled outfit was handmade by city designer JoJo and features old favourites such as Dairy Milk, Buttons and Curly Wurly – with the wrappings donated by Cadbury World.

The winner will be announced at the London Hilton Metropole Hotel.
