Boy suffers head injuries in motorway crash
A SIX-year-old boy suffered head injuries and three other people were taken to hospital after a car crashed into a motorway barrier.
The accident happened when a car carrying four people hit a barrier on a slip road between the M42 northbound and the M6 near Coleshill at 2.45pm yesterday.
A teenage girl and a woman in her 50s suffered minor injuries and a man in his 50s had chest injuries.
They were taken to Heartlands Hospital for further treatment.
