Bob and Gladys Pearce celebrate their platinum wedding anniversary

SEVENTY years together and a Solihull couple are still going strong.

Bob and Gladys Pearce celebrated their platinum wedding anniversary and their gleaming smiles show just how happy the pair are.

The Dorridge duo tied the knot in 1939 at Lilleshall Church in Shropshire before moving to their current home in 2001.

Bob, aged 95 and Gladys, 93, enjoyed a lunch at Hogarth’s Hotel.

The pair have two children, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
