HUNDREDS of fans went Insania at the sight of popstar Peter Andre during his visit to Birmingham.

The newly-single star was greeted with a legion of loyal devotees as he signed copies of his new album at HMV in the Bullring Shopping Centre.

Fans queued for up to four hours to catch a glimpse of the 36-year-old star, who was last week granted a quickie divorce from his ex-glamour girl wife Jordan.

He wasn’t talking to the press, but was happy to chat to his fans.

Groups of girls donned ‘team Andre’ T-shirts and store bosses said more than 500 copies of new album Revelation had been snapped up by waiting fans.
