ARSONISTS are believed to be behind a blaze at a car repair garage in Birmingham.

Fire crews were called to Motive Auto Vehicle Salvage on Rock Road, Ward End, after two vehicles were set alight in the garage yard.

Firefighters from Ward End and Aston fire stations used two hose reel jets to tackle the fire, which had also spread to a single-storey office building on the premises.

The blaze started shortly after 9pm yesterday.

Police were today investigating.
