A DRUG smuggler has been jailed for six years after being caught at a ferry terminal trying to hide more than £30,000-worth of heroin in his pants.
Rafiq Mohammed, 32, of Hangleton Drive, Sparkhill, was stopped at Holyhead port in Gwynedd, Wales, with 1.1lb (0.5kg) of the drug in his boxer shorts on September 7.
Mohammed was sentenced at Caernarfon Crown Court last week after he admitted smuggling the heroin from Pakistan to the UK via Dublin.
