Lane Arms in Willenhall damaged in arson attack
Arsonists caused thousands of pounds of damage as a Willenhall pub became just one victim in a series of suspicious fires in the Black Country.
The disused Lane Arms, on Wolverhampton Road West, Bentley, was ravaged by flames and its roof burnt out, causing around £10,000 of damage.
West Midlands Police said the Lane Arms blaze was started deliberately but they could not be sure whether that and a string of other suspicious fires that have taken place during September in the Bentley and Willenhall area are linked.
