Kaleb Clarke goes solo with The Rainbow Rocker

A BIRMINGHAM musician who has toured the world with Nigel Kennedy is going solo.

Singer, songwriter and guitarist Kaleb Clarke, from Quinton, has played at some of the world’s best music venues but has decided to go it alone.

His new project, called The Rainbow Rocker, is about bringing different music and communities of Birmingham together under the banner of racial harmony.

He said: “I have played all over the world with Nigel but I wanted to launch The Rainbow Rocker in Birmingham because it one of the great multi-cultural cities of the world and I am proud to call it home.

“A well as bringing different communities together it is about fusing different styles of music together including Reggae, Folk, Rock, Pop and Soul.
