Redditch nursery closed for six more weeks as probe goes on

A MIDLAND nursery school under investigation has been closed for a further six weeks.

Webheath Pre-school, in Webheath Village Hall, Redditch, was closed on September 14.

Qualified teacher Jane Drysdale, who has run the privately-owned nursery for more than 20 years, was suspended until October 26.

Yesterday school inspection and regulation authority Ofsted said that the pre-school would remain shut until December 7 while inspectors carried out further investigations.
