A MOUSE-infested takeaway shop in the Black Country has been shut down by environmental health officers.

Jesmie House Takeaway, on Dartmouth Avenue, Coalpool, Walsall, was closed last Thursday on the grounds of a serious risk to public health.

Officers found mouse droppings scattered in food preparation areas.
