Man arrested over Brierley Hill nightclub shooting
A 32-year-old man has been arrested by armed police in connection with a shooting at a Birmingham nightclub.
West Midlands Police said the suspect was detained at about 6am after officers executed a firearms warrant at an address in the Ladywood area.
A police spokesman confirmed that the man was wanted in connection with a shooting at the Indulgence nightclub in Brierley Hill, near Dudley, in September.
A 31-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds in the attack in the early hours of September 19 after being involved in a row with a group of men.
The arrested man has been taken to a police station in the Black Country, where he remains in custody and is due to be questioned later.
