Moseley students get to grips with retail at Solihull College

STUDENTS attended a retail workshop to gain an insight into the retail industry.

The pupils, from Queensbridge School in Moseley, explored all aspects of retail from sales and customer service to what goes on behind the scenes such as producing and marketing goods. The session was organised by Solihull College’s employer services team and led by Solihull-based Body Shop manager Elaine O’Connor.
